Property maintenance
Repairs and maintenance that get closed off properly
Reactive repairs reported by tenants, planned upkeep across a portfolio, and the work needed between tenancies. We confirm what is needed, agree the price, and record what was done.

Reactive repairs
Something has broken or a tenant has reported a problem. Send us the address, a description and photos if you have them. Tell us how urgent it is and we will confirm when we can attend.
If there is a gas smell, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. If there is a risk to life, call 999.
Planned maintenance
Regular checks and seasonal jobs such as gutter clearing, decorating cycles and external repairs, scheduled in advance so small issues are dealt with before they become expensive ones.
