We confirm and quote
A quotation for your approval, or we go ahead straight away if the job is within your authorised limit.
Access and attendance
We arrange access with the tenant if you ask us to, and keep you informed of the appointment.
Completion and invoice
Notes and photos of the finished work, then an invoice that quotes your reference and the property.
What we can agree with your office
- Authorised spend limits. Agree a limit below which we proceed without a separate quote approval.
- Tenant liaison. We contact the tenant to book access, so your team does not have to.
- Your references on everything. Works order or purchase order numbers on our quotations and invoices.
- Completion records. Notes and photographs you can attach to the property file or pass to the landlord.
- Empty property turnarounds. Repairs and refreshes between tenancies, planned around move-in dates.
Information that helps us move quickly
- Property address and postcode
- Description of the issue and photos from the tenant
- Tenant name and contact number, if we are arranging access
- Your works order number and any spend limit
- Landlord approval, where the job needs it
Please do not email key-safe or alarm codes. We will arrange a secure way to receive them.
Setting up as a client
Tell us about your office, the number of properties you manage, and how you normally instruct contractors. We will agree contacts, spend limits, invoicing details and payment terms before the first job, so every works order after that is straightforward.
