Landlord & Portfolio

- Property inspection every 3 months with a photo report for you (arranged with your tenant)

- Fire alarm system tested weekly where fitted (HMOs and communal areas)

- Parts and materials are charged at cost on top of the plan.
- Certified work such as gas safety certificates (CP12), EICRs and boiler servicing is quoted separately and carried out by registered engineers.
- Unused small-job time does not roll over. Larger jobs found during a visit are quoted before any work starts.
- Plans run month to month after an initial 3 months.
