A London property maintenance and construction business built on practical experience of the trade.
Who we are
Our family has worked in construction since 1998. EMHA Limited was formed in 2024 to carry that experience forward, with a dedicated maintenance service for estate agents, property managers and landlords alongside our renovation work.
Today we handle both sides of property work: the reactive repairs and planned maintenance that keep homes and premises in good order, and the refurbishment and building projects that improve them.
EMHA Limited is run by its director, Amirhossein Nazari.
How we work
- We agree the scope and price in writing before work starts.
- We tell you promptly if something changes, whether that is cost, timing or what we find once work begins.
- We treat tenants, neighbours and properties with respect, and leave sites tidy.
- We keep a record of the work we do, so you have it when you need it.
