How a project runs

  1. Visit and survey

We look at the space, discuss what you want, and note anything that affects cost or approvals.

  2. Written quotation

Scope, exclusions, assumptions and price in writing, so you know what is and is not included.

  3. Programme of works

An agreed start date and sequence, and a point of contact throughout.

  4. Completion and snagging

We walk through the finished work with you and put right anything that is not finished properly.

Approvals and regulations

Some work needs Building Regulations approval, planning permission or a party wall agreement, and leasehold properties often need the freeholder's consent. Where we know these apply, we will tell you at quotation stage so they are planned for rather than discovered halfway through.
